Your registration fee includes all meals and attendance at sessions from Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon.

Meals provided by the Banff Centre at the Vistas Dining Room, overlooking the mountains. All meals including breakfast, snacks, lunches and a banquet dinner and cocktails on Saturday evening.

Cancellation Policy:
All requests for cancellation of conference registration must be made in writing and sent to the conference organizer via email to hello@eunoiamedical.ca.
Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2024 will be refunded the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between March 1, 2024 and April 1, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 1st, 2024.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
The conference organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference in the unlikely event of insufficient registrations, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee.
